If you are experiencing acute mental health concerns, active crisis, or require medical supervision appropriate medical support is essential.

Healing is not a one-size-fits-all.
Some women experience rapid shifts in a few sessions, others with more complex trauma may benefit from ongoing support over a period of time.
Treatment protocols are personalised and decided collaboratively.
