Emily was so kind to reach out to me when I expressed that I was needing a session to clear some blocks that were restricting me from getting back to my own studies.
From the moment we spoke, Emily was kind and warm and felt immediately comfortable with her.
We cleared so much in the one session, some things that I didn't even realise were an issue, but now that I think about it, were the things that were causing blocks in my intimate relationship. It still amazes me what can come up in these sessions. Emily held such beautiful space for me and would have no hesitation in having more sessions with her in the future. My Aaruka Session with Emily was just beautiful, I have no other words. Her nature is so caring and genuine, she is one of those people that instantly make you feel relaxed in their presence without even saying a word. I moved through some really big somatic movements in this session and she guided me so expertly through it and reminded me that my body knows exactly what it needs to do, I just needed to allow it to happen.
